time estimate will be provided when you submit your property details. Capturing an area depends on the size and complexity of the property. For example, furnished properties take longer to scan than vacant properties, and the smaller the area, the quicker the capture. Estimated capture time: 1–4,000 ft2 (372 m2): 1–3 hours 4,000–10,000 ft2 (929 m2): 2–5 hours 10,000–30,000 ft2 (2,787 m2): 5–8 hours

All Capture Technicians use Matterport Pro cameras, ideal for scanning spaces of all sizes. These cameras deliver digital and print-ready 4k high-resolution images and 3D data with 99% accuracy that can be used to create floor plans, BIM files and other 3D-enabled add-ons.

Once the scan is complete, the Capture Technician will fine-tune the model and then the model will be delivered to the client’s account. Clients will be notified that a digital twin of their space is available and can be used to create guided tours, extract high-quality images, and order add-ons such as floor plans.
